About Electric Sunflower – Abstract Floral Painting
Electric Sunflower is an abstract floral painting charged with color and movement. Sweeping yellow petals surround a deep burgundy center, opening across layers of blue, red, orange, and purple. White drips and winding trails of paint carry the eye through the composition.
Thick paint, scraped marks, and overlapping colors give the surface a tactile character. The sunflower remains recognizable, while its loose contours and unexpected color combinations give it a restless, spontaneous energy.
From across a room, the yellow bloom makes a bold impression. Up close, the layered surface reveals smaller gestures and contrasts. Electric Sunflower brings an exuberant presence to a space and rewards a closer look.
